Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any service offered by atas88, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement takes full effect as a binding contract between you as a member and atas88 as the platform provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to register or to cease using the atas88 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amended terms are published means you accept those changes.

Member Eligibility

To register and use atas88 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual capable of making legally binding decisions.
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
• Not be designated as a self-excluded or restricted person by atas88.
• Register in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Owning more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances frozen.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number and a valid email address. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

Your account password is exclusively your responsibility. atas88 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer service via live chat or email immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on atas88 are subject to the following conditions:

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). A minimum deposit of RM10 applies to all payment methods without exception.

atas88 reserves the right to request a KYC (Know Your Customer) review before processing withdrawals. This includes submitting a copy of your identity card or other supporting documents. Withdrawals that meet all requirements will be processed within one hour of verification.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

atas88 offers various promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses may be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the total bonus received.

Examples of applicable wagering calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

Other promotions such as VIP weekly cashback, birthday rewards and referral programmes have their own conditions published separately. atas88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time.

Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the atas88 transaction recovery policy.

• RTP (Return to Player) values vary by game and provider — atas88 does not guarantee specific winning outcomes.
• Games may only be played through the official atas88 interface. The use of third-party software or bots to automate gameplay is prohibited.

Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the atas88 platform and may result in disciplinary action including account closure and fund freezing:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names.
• Using another person's identity, identity card or financial information.
• Processing deposits through third-party accounts or unauthorised methods.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in the gaming system.
• Engaging in money laundering or financing illegal activities through this platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

atas88 collects and processes its members' personal data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing and compliance with legal requirements. All data is handled in accordance with the atas88 Privacy Policy, which can be referenced separately.

By accepting these terms, you give atas88 permission to process your personal data for the stated purposes. You have the right to request access to your data, request corrections, or apply for deletion of your data subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Limitation of Liability

atas88 and its affiliates, directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions or technical failures beyond atas88's control.

atas88 does not guarantee that this platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to access and services.

Members are solely responsible for the betting decisions they make. atas88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of this platform.

Amendment of Terms

atas88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is the member's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically. The date of the most recent amendment will be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the atas88 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal conditions set out.

atas88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. In cases of closure due to fraud, the account balance may be frozen until the investigation is complete.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

atas88 operates under an international licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by atas88's regulatory body.

The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. Members hereby agree that any legal action or proceedings relating to the atas88 platform may only be brought before a tribunal or court with jurisdiction under the applicable licence.
